By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”). By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees. We are not responsible for delays, lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information, or issues arising from shipping carriers or customs. For issues related to lost or damaged packages, customers must contact us within the time frame specified in our Shipping Policy.

 

Returns & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, product preference, or individual reactions. Customers must report any damaged, incorrect, or missing items within the time frame specified in our Return & Refund Policy to be eligible for resolution. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within the stated processing time frame. Orders may only be cancelled prior to processing; once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer permitted.
