Final Sale Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, all beauty box purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, product preference, or individual reactions to products.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or items are missing, please contact us at support@koreanbeautybox.ca within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging (if applicable), a description of the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement shipment, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Processing of Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once processing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
