Shipping policy
Shipping Overview
We currently ship beauty boxes to customers across Canada only. All orders are processed through our Canadian company and fulfilled by our international fulfillment partner located in South Korea. Products are sourced, assembled, and shipped directly from South Korea to the customer’s shipping address in Canada.
Order Processing & Shipment Schedule
All orders are processed within 2 business days of successful payment. Once shipped from our fulfillment center in South Korea, you will receive a confirmation email.
Shipping Time Estimates
After shipment, delivery typically takes approximately 5-10 business days. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- High seasonal shipping volume
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Order shipped from South Korea to Canada may be subject to customs processing. Any applicable duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@koreanbeautybox.ca within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Order number
- Photos (if damaged)
- Description of the issue
We will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
